On June 14th-16th, 2024, the Guangdong Heat Treatment Association 2024 Annual Conference and the Greater Bay Area Heat Treatment Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Development Conference were successfully held at Guangzhou Hongde International Hotel. The conference invited colleagues from the National heat treatment industry to participate, share wisdom, gather consensus, sincerely cooperate, and create the future together, contributing to the economic development of the Greater Bay Area.

At the meeting, Yin Hanqi, a senior engineer at Strong Technology, referenced numerical simulation calculations and simulation techniques from material parameters, workpiece heating and insulation, quenching and cooling, and heat treatment processes to reduce trial and error in workpiece heat treatment and save time and cost. Numerical simulation calculation and simulation technology need to be continuously summarized and improved. Strong Technology is committed to building a digital factory and promoting the rapid development of the industry.

After the meeting, we visited Jiangmen Strong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Strong Metal Technology Co., Ltd. The Jiangmen Strong Intelligent Factory is mainly engaged in the production of heat treatment intelligent equipment, metal material processing and heat treatment processing, industrial robots and automation technology, and intelligent manufacturing system integration.

The main products include high-quality intelligent equipment such as Bell-type furnace, precision controlled atmosphere nitriding furnace, high-temperature Mesh Belt Furnace, precision strip annealing line, etc., which can be applied in industries such as aerospace, weapons and ships, new energy vehicles, electronic devices, and metal products.
