In recent years, the China Heat Treatment Industry Association and local industry associations have closely monitored and actively supported the development of young reserve talents in the heat treatment industry. In order to widely connect and unite young talents in the heat treatment industry, promote sustainable development of the heat treatment industry, the third board meeting of the ninth session of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association has approved the establishment of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, On July 19, 2023, the founding ceremony of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association was held in Luoyang, Henan Province. The first council and branch leaders of the branch were elected at the conference, and the first council meeting of the branch was held to discuss and approve the Work Regulations of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, discussing the work content and development direction of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch. The establishment goal of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association is clear, aiming to strengthen communication and connections among young entrepreneurs in the industry, cultivate a new generation of heat treatment enterprise management talents, and ensure that there are successors and talents in China's heat treatment industry.

At present, many heat treatment enterprises in our province have achieved initial results in actively cultivating young reserve talents, providing fresh blood for the sustainable development of the industry and actively creating conditions for young entrepreneurs to emerge. At the founding ceremony of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, eight young practitioners in the Guangdong heat treatment industry were elected as members of the first council of the Youth Entrepreneurs Branch. They were Chen Haiyang from Shenzhen Dejieli Low Temperature Technology Co., Ltd., Lu Zejian from Guangdong Strong Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Chen Kunzhao from Guangzhou Keju Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., and Deng Xiuyang from  Yangjiang City Yangdong District Zhongren Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. , Fan Xin from Guangzhou Fengdong Heat Refining Co., Ltd., Qiu Peng from Shenzhen Xianlide Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., Sun Yuanquan from Foshan city Nanhai District Yuanfeng Metal Heat Treatment Co., Ltd., and Wan You from Dongguan Haohuo Metal Technology Co., Ltd; Chen Haiyang was elected as the Vice Chairman of the first Council, and Lu Zejian was elected as the Deputy Secretary General.
