The conference is mainly divided into five parts: Policy publicity, signing ceremony, theme salon, development forum and licensing ceremony. Among them, President Li Qiang published the theme report "market outlook for metal materials after autumn 2021". According to the analysis, the current sharp rise in metal material prices is due to the lack of correct interpretation and systematic analysis and thinking of national policy guidance by market participants, too much follow-up speculation, and integrity problems such as breach of appointment caused by price changes also reflect the opportunistic psychology of some practitioners.

At the same time, the development forum pointed out that based on the judgment of market trend, the price of stainless steel is expected to gradually return to fundamentals.
